Step Into Balance: Reflexology in Hertfordshire
Feel lighter in body and calmer in mind.
Reflexology provides an opportunity to slow down, reconnect, and give your body the space it needs to restore itself. This gentle holistic therapy uses pressure on precise areas of the feet to support the nervous system, reduce stress and tension, and encourage the body to rebalance naturally.
If you’re juggling family, work, ageing parents, menopause, or simply feel overwhelmed by life’s pace, Reflexology provides a soothing escape and a reset from the constant demands on your time and energy.

What Is Reflexology?

Reflexology is a gentle, non-invasive therapy that involves applying pressure to specific ‘reflex’ points on the feet. Each of these reflex points corresponds to a specific organ, gland, or system in the body.
For many busy women, juggling life’s demands causes stress in both the mind and body. Over time, this stress leads to constant tension, poor sleep, and hormonal disruption (especially during menopause or perimenopause).
Reflexology works by encouraging the body to relax deeply and restore its natural balance. By gently supporting the nervous system and improving overall energy flow, it can help ease tension, promote better sleep, and support your body’s own ability to rebalance and heal.

What Happens During My Reflexology Session?
At the first session, I will carry out a complete, confidential consultation with you to enable the treatment to be tailored to your exact needs.
Please note: your first session can take up to 90 minutes to allow for the consultation and treatment. Subsequent sessions will last 1 hour.
You will lie on my treatment couch fully clothed, with only your hands or feet exposed (depending on where I am treating).
Each session will be tailored to your individual needs, and I will use gentle pressure and massage techniques on coordinating reflex areas on your hands or feet to treat your symptoms.
Balms or lotions containing essential oils may also be used to help lubricate the skin and to add to the therapeutic benefits of the treatment.
The benefits of reflexology often accumulate over time, so a course of treatments will usually be recommended based on your individual needs and response to treatment.
Each session costs £55.
For payment details and my cancellation policy, please see my terms and conditions.
