These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by The Corner Sanctuary (“we”, “us”, “our”), including reflexology and reiki sessions, whether delivered in-person or remotely.

By booking or receiving a treatment, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

We provide complementary wellbeing services, including reflexology and reiki, intended to support relaxation and general wellbeing.

Important: Our services are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, or advice. We do not diagnose medical conditions or prescribe medication.

• You agree to provide accurate and complete information about your health, medical history, medications, and any relevant conditions before and during your session.
• You must inform us of any changes to your health prior to each appointment.
• If you are under medical care or have a health concern, you should consult your GP or healthcare provider before booking.

We reserve the right to refuse or stop a session if we believe it may be unsafe or inappropriate for you.

By proceeding with a booking, you:

• Confirm that you consent to receive reflexology and/or reiki treatments.
• Understand the nature and purpose of the treatment.
• Acknowledge that you may stop a session at any time.

Written consent may be requested prior to your first session.

• Appointments must be booked in advance.
• We kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will normally be charged at the full treatment price.
• Missed appointments (no-shows) will be charged in full.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. If this happens, please contact the owner as soon as possible. Any waiver of cancellation fees is entirely at the discretion of the owner.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered a refund or an alternative appointment.

• Prices are as advertised at the time of booking and are subject to change.
• Payment is due at the time of appointment unless otherwise agreed.
• Accepted payment methods include cash / card / bank transfer. 

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid impacting other clients. The full session fee will still apply.

All client information is treated as confidential and stored securely.

We comply with applicable data protection laws, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).

• Your personal data will only be used for providing services, record-keeping, and communication related to your appointments.
• We will not share your data with third parties without your consent unless legally required.

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data.

• Treatments are provided with due care and professionalism.
• We are not liable for any adverse effects resulting from undisclosed health conditions or failure to follow advice given during or after a session.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for loss or damage arising from the use of our services, except where caused by negligence.

Clients under the age of 18 must have written consent from a parent or legal guardian. A parent or guardian may be required to be present during the session.

• Any inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate termination of the session, with the full fee payable.
• We maintain a strictly professional and respectful therapeutic environment.

If you have a complaint, please raise it as soon as possible so we can address your concerns promptly.

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will be available on request or via www.thecornersanctuary.com

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
